How does the guarantee on the jewelry works?
We offer a life time guarantee on all stainless steel jewelry. The warranty applies to any discolorations and damage cause of delivery. The guarantee does not includes if the jewelry is stolen or lost. We also do not offer warranty on self cause damage like scratches, accidental breakage.
How does the guarantee works on items that are not stainless steel?
Unfortunately we do not offer any type of guarantee on jewelry that are not stainless steel except for damage cause during delivery.
I can't choose which type of jewelry to order, can you help please?
if you wear jewelry almost every day then we recommend our stainless steel collection. You don't have to take it off every time you shower. If you wear jewelry only for occasions, then gold & silver plated are a match for you because they are also a lot cheaper. In the description of the item you will find whether the jewelry is stainless steel or plated.
